http2: add Transport.CountErrors

Like the earlier Server.CountErrors. This lets people observe hook up
an http2.Transport to monitoring (expvar/Prometheus/etc) and spot
pattern changes over time.

This repository holds supplementary Go networking libraries.

Download/Install

The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/net. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/net.
