http2: switch to ASCII equivalents of string functions

The current implementation uses UTF-aware functions
like strings.EqualFold and strings.ToLower.

This could, in some cases, cause http smuggling.

Download/Install

The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/net. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/net.
