ipv4: use socket option consts from x/sys/unix on zos

Use the socket option constants defined in the golang.org/x/sys/unix
package instead of duplicating them in this package.

Download/Install

The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/net. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/net.
