ipv4: use type IPMreqn from x/sys/unix

Use the IPMreqn type and the SizeofIPMreqn defined in the
golang.org/x/sys/unix package instead of locally duplicating them.

This repository holds supplementary Go networking libraries.

Download/Install

The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/net. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/net.
