http2: don't abort half-closed streams on server connection close

If the server sends an END_STREAM for a stream and then closes the
connection, allow the stream to complete normally.

Fixes golang/go#48995

This repository holds supplementary Go networking libraries.

Download/Install

The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/net. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/net.
