"message": "http2/hpack: remove unused pair function from package\n\nMove it to a _test.go file instead.\n\nAfter CL 43190, the pair function is no longer used by the hpack\npackage, so it can be removed from it. It\u0027s still used by tests.\n\nThis can help avoid future readers spending time on figuring out\nwhy pair exists in package, but is not used. It can also reduce\nchance of the pair function unintentionally being used in the\npackage (if that needs to happen explicitly, then pair can be\neasily moved back to package).\n\nChange-Id: I12ee9b46f57a522bd09e5d0ee22296df4dee1f35\nReviewed-on: https://go-review.googlesource.com/43851\nReviewed-by: Brad Fitzpatrick \u003cbradfitz@golang.org\u003e\nRun-TryBot: Brad Fitzpatrick \u003cbradfitz@golang.org\u003e\nTryBot-Result: Gobot Gobot \u003cgobot@golang.org\u003e\n",
