http2: rework Ping test to rely less on timing Pings are either expected to occur, so count until you reach your goal before a deadline, or they do not occur, and the deadline is exceeded. The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/net. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/net.
