go.mod: update golang.org/x/sys to v0.0.0-20210324051608

This pulls in additional IP socket option constants.

This repository holds supplementary Go networking libraries.

Download/Install

The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/net. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/net.
