http2: make the Server use the priority write scheduler

make the Server use the priority write scheduler by default,
this way the defaults will be the same on stdlib and x/net.

Download/Install

The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/net. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/net.
