http2: case insensitive handling for 100-continue

rfc 9110, section 10.1.1 states that the Expect field value is
case-insensitive.

Fixes golang/go#57824

This repository holds supplementary Go networking libraries.

Download/Install

The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/net. You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/net.
