  "message": "[release-branch.go1.6] net/http: TimeoutHandler should start timer when serving request\n\nTimeoutHandler was starting the Timer when the handler was created,\ninstead of when serving a request. It also was sharing it between\nmultiple requests, which is incorrect, as the requests might start\nat different times.\n\nStore the timeout duration and create the Timer when ServeHTTP is\ncalled. Different requests will have different timers.\n\nThe testing plumbing was simplified to store the channel used to\ncontrol when timeout happens.
