  "message": "runtime,internal/poll: move websocket handling out of the runtime on Windows\n\nOn Windows, the netpoll is currently coupled with the websocket usage\nin the internal/poll package.\n\nThis CL moves the websocket handling out of the runtime and puts it into\nthe internal/poll package, which already contains most of the async I/O\nlogic for websockets.\n\nThis is a good refactor per se, as the Go runtime shouldn\u0027t know about\nwebsockets.
