Revert "net/http/httputil: wrap ReverseProxy's outbound request body so Close is a noop" This reverts CL 722160. Using Close a noop seems to be the wrong approach to take, and is causing other second-order issues. Furthermore, net/http.Request.Body mentions that Close must unblock a waiting Read, which noopCloseReader does not do. Therefore, revert this CL, so a better approach can be implemented.
