  "message": "runtime: add GODEBUG\u003dgccheckmark\u003d0/1\n\nPreviously, gccheckmark could only be enabled or disabled by calling\nruntime.GCcheckmarkenable/GCcheckmarkdisable.  This was a necessary\nhack because GODEBUG was broken.\n\nNow that GODEBUG works again, move control over gccheckmark to a\nGODEBUG variable and remove these runtime functions.
