shiny/driver: s/WM_NAME/_NET_WM_NAME/ for X11. https://specifications.freedesktop.org/wm-spec/latest/ar01s05.html#idm139870830016992 says that modern window managers should prefer the latter to the former. The former might also have difficulties with non-ASCII UTF-8. Also fix a recently introduce build breakage.
