gotypes tutorial: update for Aliases

This CL updates the tutorial to mention (materialized) aliases
and the upcoming parameterized aliases of go1.24.
We don't yet attempt a thorough treatment of generics.

It also corrects a number of other obsolete or inaccurate
statements.
