ssh: add support for banners

According to RFC 4252 section 5.4, the banner is sent between the
ssh-connection request and responding to user authentication.

Original support for server sending banner by joshua stein <jcs@jcs.org>

Go Cryptography

This repository holds supplementary Go cryptography libraries.

Download/Install

The easiest way to install is to run go get -u golang.org/x/crypto/.... You can also manually git clone the repository to $GOPATH/src/golang.org/x/crypto.
