| ## Building services with local Docker | |
| ### First-time setup | |
| Install the `docker` command. | |
| Verify that `docker run hello-world` works without `sudo`. (You may need to run | |
| `sudo adduser $USER docker`, then either log out and back in or run `newgrp | |
| docker`.) | |
| Then run: | |
