  "message": "cmd/relui: add metadata-based security comm fetching for minor releases\n\nStart with the \"two minor releases\" relui workflow, the most common one.\n\nFor now, the secuity comms are fetched at the start of the workflow,\nwhich is very similar to what happened when these were manually-entered\ninputs needed to start the workflow. Later on we can defer fetching the\nsecurity comms until they\u0027re needed, after the \u0027Wait to Announce\u0027 step.\n\nOr better yet, we\u0027ll fetch them at the workflow start (to confirm that\nthey\u0027re available) and again right when they\u0027re needed, so that typo\nfixes can be applied to security-metadata without needing to restart\nthe relui release workflow.
