all: upgrade dependency on x/website

This removes the transitive dependency on git.apache.org/thrift.git,
dropped from x/website in CL 193039.

Commands run:

	go get -d golang.org/x/website@00e97558e113808bd2e87edf2275d97515bad94b
	go mod tidy
	go test ./...

Updates golang/go#34016
