sweet/cmd/sweet: disable CockroachDB benchmarks by default
This change temporarily removes the CockroachDB benchmarks from the
default benchmark suite. This is due to a flaky benchmark that fails
when we benchmark against newer versions of CockroachDB. We intend
to re-add these benchmarks to the default set once a stable
solution is implemented.
