cmd/bent: make sample configurations less confusing
The sample configuration suggests an on/off experiment, but uses two
different names for the control flow and varies other things at the
same time. This CL makes the two sample configurations more consistent
and comments out some things that are useful to know but probably
aren't what users want by default.
