riscv64: fix objdump related tests The TestObjdumpRISCV64TestDecodeGNUSyntaxdata and TestObjdumpRISCV64TestDecodeGoSyntaxdata was failed due to lack of .riscv.attributes in elf file, this patch adds these extension's attributes and allow `inst` output mismatch.
