internal/simdgen: use bools for bools
There are several bool flags that are strings right now. Make them
bools.
The changes to internal/simdgen/ops were automated with:
sed -i "" -e 's/"true"/true/g;s/"false"/false/g' $(find -name '*.yaml' ops)
go generate
