all: refactor code around SandboxResponse

Since SandboxResponse is now being passed around govulncheck logic and
it contains stats data structure, there is no need to pass around the
stats data structure around. This simplifies a lot of code.

Also, rename SandboxResponse to AnalysisResponse to better reflect its
usage.
