gopls/internal/content: update TestServer_ServeHTTP to require go1.23 Since there have been a couple changes to http helper output in Go 1.23, require this version to match the server testdata. Running at tip should probably provide enough coverage, and this unbreaks the tests. This repository holds the Go Telemetry server code and libraries.
This repository uses eslint to format TS files, stylelint to format CSS files, and prettier to format TS, CSS, Markdown, and YAML files.

It is encouraged that all TS and CSS code be run through formatters before submitting a change. However, it is not a strict requirement enforced by CI.
